Terms
Last updated October 7, 2026. This is a plain-language summary of the deal: by using the site, you agree to it. It is written to be read, not to cover every case.
Who can play
Knockout is for people 13 and older. Making a player asks you to confirm you are; if you are under 13, please do not use the site. If you think a child under 13 has made a player, tell us through the contact page and we will delete it. The After Dark deck in Low Blow is for adults only and asks each phone to confirm 18 or older before it shows a card.
Your player
Solo games, the dailies and games against the computer need no account; playing with other people needs a saved player (a username and a PIN or password). Keep your PIN or password somewhere safe: there is no email behind it and no password recovery yet, so if you lose it and are not still signed in on another device, we cannot get you back in.
Play nice
- Keep chat and display names decent. No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content, and no spam or links meant to trick people.
- Do not post anyone’s personal information, including your own.
- Do not try to break, overload, or cheat the site, or use it to attack anyone else.
- We may remove content or block access to keep the site usable for everyone.
Community rules
These apply to chat, player names, and anything you type into a game that other players see.
- Be kind. No bullying, threats, or telling anyone to hurt themselves.
- No hate: nothing attacking people for who they are, including their race, religion, gender, sexuality, or disability.
- No sexual content, and keep it family friendly: teens play here too.
- No spam, scams, or links meant to trick people, and no sharing anyone’s personal information.
- No pretending to be someone else, including the people who run the site.
Rude words are masked automatically, and offensive names are refused. If someone breaks these rules, tap the three dots next to their message or their name to report them, block them, or both. Blocked players’ chat is hidden from you, their name shows as Blocked player, and they cannot send you friend requests or invites. A message that three players at the table report is hidden for everyone right away. Every report is read, usually within a day; content that breaks these rules is removed, and players who keep breaking them can have their saved player removed. You can unblock players from your account (the person icon, then Blocked players). To reach us about anything else, use the contact page.
No warranty
The site is free and provided as is. Games can have bugs, rooms can disappear, and the site can go down. We do not promise it will always work or that a game in progress will be saved, and we are not liable for losses from using it, as far as the law allows. Hold’em and the other games use play chips only: nothing here is gambling, and nothing has real-world value.
The games
Every game here is an original design, with its own name, art, and rules text. Where a game is described as “plays like” a well-known game, that name is only there to describe how it plays. Those names are trademarks of their owners, who are not affiliated with and do not endorse this site. To report copyright or trademark infringement, see the copyright page.
Changes
We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time, and update these terms. If the terms change, the date at the top moves. See the privacy page for what the site stores.
